FC Barcelona Tickets

This project had two major phases:

• Management System
  • A complete management system was required for this application having the functionality to manage tickets as well as the customers. We improvised and used SugarCRM as a framework of management system since it already had the customer relationship management system functionalities in it. We made some customized quick work views based on Ajax and javascript libraries of YII libraries. The final product of management system was just amazing. It had only 1 page for each management work flows. Extensive customization was done on SugarCRM but it worked out quite well.
• Web Interface for clients
  • As per the requirements we needed to provide e-commerce funationalities for the web application. We used wordpress with customized e-commerce plugin and interfaced the CRM with it. The web interface was designed and developed exclusively for the project. This gave our client a lot of confidence to earn money and make their business.

Except for these major requirements, there were several other requirements handled by our web development team. Google Analytics integration, Google Analytics e-commerce was also introduced after the extensive testing. There was also required a management system for the Affiliate marketing. We used one of the existing techniques and modified it in a way that will meet the client requirements. We offered them affiliate tracking, affiliate management, payment management, customized affiliate area and to add to convenience, all this was fully integrated with the management system.
